Being a full bust means, that your cup size is larger than a B or C cup. Most lingerie patterns and especially bralette patterns and drafted for a B or C cup. Larger cup size doesn't mean you can't wear a bralette. But it usually takes a long fitting process to have the support and shape you want. This usually happens together with the too loose band, when we try to sister size for a larger cup.
